Peony
Peonies are a flower that is not often seen in our North Florida area, but gosh when it happens, they are beautiful! We’ve had peonies ‘Coral Charm’ in the ground for 4 years, and we are starting to get multiple blooms per plant before the heat turns the plants to dust. If you are like us, one peony is worth the space, multiple peony blooms is just exquisite. Don’t buy these unless you understand you will not get flushes of blooms. Also, peonies take 3 years to fully establish roots, and you probably won’t get any blooms the first year.
