Scabiosa Pod
Scabiosa Pods are so popular and extremely fun to grow! If your children are involved with your cut flower garden, this is a playful addition. Scabiosa Pods are wonderful as a dried flower as well, and can add such a conversation starter to any room in your home. These pods begin as white flowers that you will allow to go to seed so they produce the pods. Pods are a cut and come again flower, so you’ll have plenty to harvest. We found that it was easier to pull up the plant and resow rather than untangle them to get our cuts. That applies to farming for production, because you have less time to worry about things. If you’re gardening for fun, cut away.
