• Guidance of ceremony procession and walk-through

• Coordination of ceremony exit and order of events

• Availability for up to 3 hours total to address last-minute technical or etiquette questions after rehearsal

Wedding Day
(Total of 10–12 hours)

• Vendor coordination: greet vendors upon arrival, direct setup locations, confirm access to power and venue guidelines

• Oversight of setup: placement of chairs, rentals, linens, and place settings according to plan

• Floral coordination: ensure florals meet expectations and are delivered where needed

• Wedding party florals prepared and ready before photographer’s arrival; floral materials gathered for photos, cake(s), and details

• Cake placement and floral coordination for display

• Timeline management: oversee photography schedule, first looks, ceremony lineup, and transitions throughout the day

• Vendor supervision: ensure all vendors (except ceremony/reception staff) complete setup before pre-ceremony activities

• Monitor designated parking and guest flow

• Ceremony and reception timelines carried out seamlessly

• Coordinate couple’s farewell and closing of the event

• Manage cleanup times with vendors and venue staff

Optional Add-On: $250 Day-After Coordination
(Up to 2 hours on-site)

• Post-event assistance for gift retrieval, décor collection, vendor check-ins, and venue coordination
